You can permanently delete your Offline Booking account and personal data at any time.

## Delete from your account (fastest)
1. Sign in at https://offlinebooking.com/login
2. Open **My Account → Profile**
3. Under **Danger zone**, tap **Delete my account** and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

## Can't sign in?

Email us from your registered address at info@offlinebooking.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we will remove your account within 7 days.

## What gets deleted
Your login credentials, profile (name, email, phone), wallet & loyalty balance, saved travellers, fare alerts and notifications are **permanently erased**.

## What we keep
Booking and payment invoices are retained in anonymised form (with your personal details removed) only as long as required by tax and accounting law, after which they are deleted.
