1. Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to the fare rules and policies of the airline, hotel or supplier, plus an Offline Booking service charge. Some bookings and promotional fares are non-refundable.
2. How to cancel
Email info@offlinebooking.com (or contact us on WhatsApp/phone) with your booking reference. Cancellation takes effect once we confirm it in writing.
3. Refunds
Eligible refunds are calculated as: amount paid, minus supplier cancellation/no-show charges, minus our non-refundable service fee. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
4. Refund timelines
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the supplier confirms the refund amount. Bank/card settlement times may vary.
5. No-shows & partial use
No-shows and partially used tickets follow the supplier's rules and are often non-refundable.
6. Service fees
Convenience/service fees charged by Offline Booking are non-refundable once a booking is processed.
